Maybe you listen to the radio. Or, worse yet, maybe you watch television everyday and you don’t realize your asleep at the wheel. Sounds harsh? So is a slap, but it is what most people need who are being spoon fed mouthful and earful of corporately synthesized garbage everyday. People who look to what other brain frozen people are doing to define their likes and dislikes. Plugged into the matrix of the entertainment industry, ignorant of what really exists on the outside, and satisfied with the sedated comfort of conformity.

Is there something else? Something better? Of course! …but where do you find true creativity… the stimulation of artistic expression… TRUTH! Fundamentally at odds with the mainstream, you must look out into the wilderness of independent production.

The movie industry has seen the rise of the director as the guiding creative force in film, away from the big studios. Similarly, it is the role of the music producer, not the record company, which defines and develops talent today.

wilderness is out on the fringe of society. Through independent production we have succeeded in offering an ambitious and uncompromising presentation of the artist’s work with “take it or leave it” honesty. People don’t believe in miracles anymore? They embrace the oxymoron “reality TV” for the basis of existence, instead of being awed by the sheer accomplishment and compelling vision that is Redemption Road. Maybe that can’t be helped, but at least I can say, “That’s not me.”

wilderness offers the world… Jesus Johnny… and therefore… Redemption Road.
